Role within 3TR
The Rheumatology team (Principal Investigator Prof. Durez) mainly contributes to WP6 with data generated by ongoing and planned studies on RA predictive biomarkers and provides its expertise in synovial biopsies for the design of an RA adaptive trial and prospective study.
The Pneumology team (Principal Investigator Prof. Pilette) participates in WP8 with Predictumab - a pragmatic, multicentre, international randomized controlled trial that aims to compare and to identify biomarkers of response to anti-IgE and anti-IL5 (omalizumab vs mepolizumab) in adult severe asthma.
