Atrys is a biomedical company (SME) that provides personalized diagnostic services and excellence medical therapy treatments. It aim is to facilitate patients with as well as to develop individualized, new therapeutic modalities and diagnostic tools.
Role within 3TR
Within the 3TR project, Atrys Health will participate in WP1 aimed to build a centralized database to standardize all data and to make available the possibility of connecting it to secondary analysis tools and annotations, while facilitating sustainability. Moreover, Atrys will be in charge of plasma and urine exosomes isolation, classical pathology (H&E) and multiplexed immunohistology (WP4).
Atrys is a QA UNE-EN ISO 15189 accredited laboratory with fully equipped labs in Barcelona and Granada. Atrys has secure intranet access to reports/images for professionals and internal IT support to link different electronic interfaces and Digital Pathology with Image Management System which will be available for work package 1 activities. It has extensive experience in urine exosome isolation through its participation in the Precisesads IMI project. Finally, its expertise in precise pathology under multi-staining analysis of fixed biopsies will be of value for WP4.
