Role within 3TR
CSIC will participate in work packages 1 (Data Management) and 4 (Profiling & Systems Biology / Data Integration Group). It will genotype data using high density SNPs arrays and whole genome sequencing to identify modifications in risk-associated eQTLs and meQTLs. In Addition, CSIC will use chromosome conformation capture based technology (CHi-C) to gain insight into the interactions of non-coding autoimmunity/inflammatory risk loci and their transcriptional targets, confirming causal genes and their gene expression regulation.
